COLLECTION OF REFUSE
Improvements upon the present collection of refuse in the city are hoped for by the Wellington Ratepayers' Association1. One of the suggestions of tho executive committee of the association is.that more than one container should be permitted . for . premises housing several family units, as the present restrictions lead to the dumping of refuse in streets, or in odd malodorous corners.
