Hadlee, whose big scores in Dunedin this season include a double century, will not be available for Otago's Plunket Shield match with Wellington at the Basin Reserve, commencing on Monday. C. D. Toomey has been chosen to nil the vacancy in the Otago team, which is as follows: L. D. Smith Ccaptain), F. Bellamy, T. C. Fraser, A. W. Roberts, G Mills. L. Watt. L. Baker, R. Silver, C. D. Toomey, R. Harwood, and T. Freeman, with L. Milnes as twelfth man.
