ST. ANDREWS DAY CELEBRATIONS.
Local Scots will celebrate their national Saint's Day in Wellington by a concert, in the Town Hall, with a dance to follow in theyame hull, on Friday. There will be a full parade of all the pipe bands through the city to the hn'ii. A feature of tho concert will be the sinsins" of the- Wellington College Choir and tho" choir from the children's homes. The entire net proceeds will yu to the upkeep of the homes.
