LABOUR'S WIN IN MALTA
Rec. 11 a.m. MALTA, Nov. 14. Reversing the position after the last elections held before the war, the electors of Malta returned nine Labour members to the Council of the Government. There was only one Labour member elected of the 10 to the last council.
The council also includes 10 nominees of the Governor, who has a casting vote- .
