"VpOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special AS Meeting of the Lower Hutt City Council held on Monday, the 12th day of November, 1945, the. following Resolution was passed relating to Bylaws regarding advertising and Tefuse deposit in the City. A summary of the said Bylaw is as follows: — CLAUSE I.—Short Title Amendment No. 17. CLAUSE 2. —Date of coming into- force. CLAUSE 3.—Prohibits posters being displayed on public buildings, streets, or other public places, regulates the display of posters on other buildings upon permission from the Council, and regulates advertising on hoardings .Upon licence from the Council. CLAUSE 4. —Revokes existing Bylaws. CLAUSE s.—Prohibit, the deposit of rubbish lDn vacant land. CLAUSE 6. —Requires precautions to be taken In burying refuse in any yard. CLAUSE 7.—Prohibits the deposit of offensive rubbish on buildings, land, and premises. NOTICE IS ALSO.
