WADDINGTON BUS SERVICE
(To the Editor.)
Sir, —May I through your column comment on the official statement regarding the Waddington bus service? The district most inhabited is the top end of Seddon Street, empty houses being on both sides of the road from Naenae Road to Waddington Drive. We in the "Desert" are the ones who need the extra lift up the hill, mdst of us having large families, not the people who have the choice of three services (Waddington. Drive, Rata Street, and Park Avenue) and live on the flat. Let us have the temporary service to the top while the mud is there, not when we are living like civilised humans with roads. —I am, etc., BULLER GROVE MUDLARK.
