EVACUATION FROM MANCHURIA
LONDON, September 29,
Moscow radio says that all Soviet troops will be evacuated from Manchuria by November. A partial withdrawal began a few days ago, and evacuation of the bulk of the forces starts in the second half of October. Notice of withdrawal has been given to the Chinese command.
