CAIRO, September 24. Italians and Tripolitanians clashed in Tripoli as a result of demonstrations by the Tripolitanians demanding independence, according to dispatches from Libya. , jr _ . ~ Leading members of the Tripolitanian National Unity Party are reported to have been arrested.
