BLOCKING FRONTIER
Rec. 9 a.m. BRUSSELS, Sept. 24. Prime Minister Van Acker said in a broadcast that the Allies had decided to use barbed wire and German mines to create a forbidden zone between Germany and Belgium to prevent illegal traffic across the frontier. The Government is strongly reinforcing the frontier guards.
