All ten Judges of the Supreme Court ..net in Wellington on- Wednesday to consider the provisions of the Criminal Appeal Bill, now before Parliament, in order to express their views and make such sugg?stions as they might conr-ider appropriate for improvement of the scheme. Such conferences of the full Supreme Court Bench are infrequent and take place as a rule only •>vh';n important changes in the administration of justice are proposed, as In the present Bill.
