SAFE IN RANGOON
LAC Neil E. Docherty, R.N.Z.A.F. (mother, Mrs. I. M. Docherty, Ngapara, North Otago), who was previously reported a prisoner of war, has now been reported safe in Rangoon.
On Saturday, September 15, the Wellington Basketball Association's season will close with an open surprise handicap tournament at Newtown School when the trophies for tho season will bo presented.
