TRAFFIC IN ARMS
DISCOVERED IN FINLAND
LONDON, Sept. 4. Paris radio announced that a vast contraband traffic in arms had been discovered in Finland. Many Finnish soldiers and n.c.o.s had failed to give up their arms when demobilising and smuggled them into Sweden.
