Rec. It a.m. LONDON, September 3. The Yugoslav Government has warned Greece against "mass persecutions of Macedonians and incidents on the Greek-Yugoslav border," says Belgrade radio. It has also informed the Governments of the Great Powers of this step. The United States has replied proposing the formation of two AJlied commissions of inquiry in Belgrade and Athens to investigate frontier incidents and other disturbances. The Yugoslav Government has accepted this proposal.
