URGENT RADIO REQUEST TO SINGAPORE

Rec. 10.10 a.m. LONDON, Sept. 3. New Delhi radio sent a message to Allied officers who were dropped byparachute in Singapore, advising them that a flying-boat would land at Singapore on September 4.
