WHARFIE 851. # ■» •» "ONE-WOMAN MAN." Prince Amir Mohammed Ibn Abdul Aziz, second son of the King of Saudi Arabia, denies he is having a romance with a Detroit stenographer. Married, with six children, he avows himself a "one-woman man." Mary Mohammed, an Assyrian by birth, said in Detroit that the 32-year-old prince entertained her royally in New York last month, and since had telephoned her long-distance every night. Answering rumours, the prince told an Associated Press of America representative tKat he was not interested in adding to the total of his wives. "I have proposed to no American woman," he said. "I may have as many wives as I .wish. But for me there shall be but one." The prince, who was a delegate to the San Francisco Conference, said bluntly: 4il don't ever remember meeting this young lady, charming though she may be." Mary said there was no engagement —yet, and was excited over the beauties of a gold love-knot, set with 17 rubies, which, she said, was a present from the prince.
