SEDDON SHIELD MATCH
P.A. BLENHEIM, This Day. Defending the Seddon Shield against Nelson on Saturday afternoon, Marlborough won a fast, open game by 14-3. The Maryborough forwards dominated the play and secured the ball from the majority of the scrums. The backs were in good form, and there were many spectacular movements. The Marlborough line was not crossed.
