Advices have been received of the following further alteration in marine war insurance rates (previous rates are shown in parentheses) : Australia, New Zealand, and Pacific Islands, to or from North and Central America (Atlantic Pacific, or Gulf ports), via any route, Including Pacific ports via Pacific, V* per cent. (»i per cent-V- per cent., and 3-8 per cent). The above rate "applied to sailings on and after August 28.
