DICKENS SOCIETY
The recent Dickens' Society 'meeting was almost uproarious, so well did items fit in with the spirit of the author. Mr. Charlton as chairman gave a resume of "Bleak House," handling a difficult condensation very well indeed. As visitors, Miss Dorothy Seymour and Mr. R. Milne rendered "Swiveller and the Marchioness." Miss Seymour also gave other pieces, all much enjoyed by the audience. Mr. Norman Aitken made several contributions in his well-known versatile style.
