COMPOSITION OF LABOUR MAJORITY . LONDON, August 5 The radical transformation of Parliament stands out from the new mem- ' bersip, says the "Observer's special ■ correspondent. For the first time in the [ long history of the British Parliament : its predominant elements are nol vested property or -sectional interests. Right or Left. For the first time it is a truly national Parliament. ; On the Right, land, finance^ and in- ■ dustry are reduced from a full third 1 to a mere eighth of the membership oJ '' the House of Commons. : On the other hand, in the Parlia- [ mentary Labour Party, the trade unior ' officials' hold has been broken.
