MR. VINSON APPOINTED
WASHINGTON, July 7. President Truman announced that the Director of War Mobilisation, Mr. Vinson, would be appointed Secretary
of the Treasury upon the President's return from the Big Three conference. Mr. Vinson will succeed Mr. Morgenthau, who has resigned. ■?.
