GOVERNOR OF TASMANIA
Rec. 11 a.m. RUGBY, June 23. Admiral Sir Hugh Binney has. been appointed Governor of Tasmania in succession to Sir Ernest Clark, whose extended period of office will expire in August, says the Dominions Secretary, Lord Cranborne.—B.O.W.
