ADVERSE CRITICISM
MINISTER IN LONDON Rec. 10 a.m. LONDON, June 24. "The proposed new Polish Government is but one more step along the road leading to complete liquidation of Poland's independence," said the Minister of Information in the London Polish Government, Professor Pragier. He added that at least three-fourths of the Cabinet officers, including the Premiership, would remain in the hands of the Lublin Communists, and .therefore no verbal guarantees could secure free and unfettered elections for Poland. . . Leaders of the Polish Provisional Government indicated to the British and American missions in Moscow that they would welcome British and American technicians to Poland to help rebuild the nation's economy.
