DIVIDENDS PAYABLE. The Manawatu Knitting Mills, Ltd., has recommended an interim dividend of '3 per cent., to be paid on July 5. ' * His Majesty's Arcade and Theatre Company, Ltd., advises that an interim dividend of 2 3-5 per cent, on the preference shares, less 2s Gd in the £ national and social security charge, and 2 per cent, on the ordinary shares, will be-payable on July 2.
