V.U.C. PUBLIC LECTURES.
The mid-winter public lectures arranged by Victoria University College will this year deal with some of the problems of post-war reconstruction in New Zealand. The lectures will be given on Tuesday evenings during July in the hall of the Beturned Services" Association Club, Victoria Street. The first lecture, on July 10, will, be by Professor L M. Lipson, on "Politics and Administration of National Planning. ■'' The other lectures, In the series are: "Economics of Reconstruction" and of Full Eniplojjment," Mr J 0. Shearer, M.A.; "Educational Trends," Mr C L. Bailey, M.A.; and "Reconstruction in Industrial Relations," Dr. A. E. C. Hare.
