MORE ARRESTS
"\ GERMAN OFFICIALS Kec. 10 a.m. LONDON. June 10. > Dr. Karl Hovem. who was a resident physician in the Buchenwald prison '■camp, and the former commandant of ithe camp, Karl Burkshardt, are in Allied hands, reports the British United 'Press. They were discovered yesterday masquerading as ordinary German soldiers in a prison cage at Kreuz■nach. : Hovem is believed to have been iresponsible for using inmates as human guinea-pigs, infecting them Jwith diseases for experimental purposes. Burkshardt attempted to deny 'having any connection with Buchenwald.
Reuter reports that Field-Marshal yon Blgskowitz, commander of the German 25th Army, which capitulated to the Canadians on May 5, was arrested on June 6 at his headquarters 'and is now in a German concentration 'area north' of Aurich.
>-•- Walter Hofer, who scoured Europe for art treasures for Goering, was 'arrested by Americans in a small 'Bavarian tavern, says the Allied Press service message from Germany. Part of the loot for Goering was stored in the tavern.
