John Hugh Marshall, farmer, of Titahi Bay, was convicted by Mr. A. M. Goulding, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court yesterday on each of three charges, laid under the Impounding Act. of allowing sheep to wander on the roads at Titahi Bay. He was fined £3 and costs on each charge.
