NORWEGIAN CABINET RETURNS HOME
Rec. 9 a.m. LONDON, May 31. Thousands of people in rowing boats decorated with flowers and flags waved greetings, and guns fired a salute, when a ship carrying the Norwegian Cabinet entered Oslo Fiord, stated the correspondent of the Exchange Telegraph Agency in Oslo. The Prime Minister, Mr. Nygaardsvold, said he expected to hand the Government's resignation to King Haakon when the latter arrived within a fortnight, and Norway, which has had no election since 1936, will go to the polls within six months.
