Rec. 11 a.m. MANILA, May 25. President Osmena declined to see his two sons who are at present imprisoned on charges of collaboration with the Japanese. He said the entire matter was in the hands of the army.
"I am remaining completely apart from them. I want to show them they cannot expect any special consideration," he declared.
