HEROES OF THE CELLS
LABOUR PARTY TRIBUTE TO NAZi VICTIMS
Rec. 1 p.m. J LONDON, May 25. At the closing session of the Labour Party conference Miss Tllen Wilkinson moved a resolution, which was carried in silence with the delegates standing, recording appreciation of the heroism and self-sacrifice of the men and women who were kept in German concentration camps, for fighting for Socialism against the Nazi and Fascist creeds.
'•They are the people who kept the soul of Germany's finer traditions alive," said Miss Wilkinson. "They arc the heroes of the secret cells —men. women, and children who went with their heads high to the crematorium fires."
