FREE GERMANS
DEMAND FOR DEMOCRACY
LONDON, May 25. The Free German Movement in Switzerland has staged the first of a series of demonstrations demanding an independent democratic Germany after the occupation period, says the Berne correspondent of the Associated Press.
The sponsors have denied that the movement is Communistic, and declare that it embraced all political parties, with headquarters in Moscow. The members are mostly Germans resident or exiled in Switzerland, of whom there are about 8000,
