To UNRRA, New Zealand will pay this year its agreed share of the cost of this work. And that cost is part of our war expenses. When we help to meet those costs through lending our money in the 1945 Victory Loan, we make no sacrifice. Our money earns interest, is available again when there are goods to buy.
