QUICK RESTORATION
THE DONBAS COALMINES Rec. 12.50 p.m. LONDON, May 24. Sixty-seven of the most important Donbas coalmiries have been fully restored and 70 others have passed the first stage of restoration work and are producing coal after recovering from the most systematic piece of wrecking the Germans carried out in Russia, says Reuters Moscow correspondent. The Donbas is already producing more coal than any other basin in Russia.
