Provision has been made for divisions in the Portland Hack Handicap and in the Settlers' Plate at the Whangarei Racing Club's Autumn Meeting on Saturday. The safety limtt at the six furlongs is 19, and there are 29 in the Portland Hack Handicap and 30 in the Settlers' Plate.
