hßec. 11.30 a.m. LONDON, April 29. j Reuters Rome correspondent says that Signor Togliati, in a broadcast, demanded an immediate and profound transformation, following the liberation of the north, and not merely a patching up of the Italian Government. The correspondent added: "The Italian political parties are now going into conclave. Political Italy is waiting to see•■ .whether Signor Togliati can guide and control the great popular movement in the north."
