RECOGNITION OF RUSSIA
WASHINGTON, February 26. The United States will point out unofficially to delegations to the irtterAmerican conference the advisability of recognising Russia in order to avoid embarrassments at the San Francisco conference, says the "Herald-Tribune's" Mexico City correspondent. So far Chile, Costa Rica, Cuba, Mexico, Nicaragua, the United States, and Uruguay recognise Russia.
