ATROCITIES IN ITALY
Rec. 12.45 p.m. RUGBY, Feb. 26. The Italian Embassy in London states that the Italian Government has given a formal warning to the military and civil German authorities on Italian territory that they will be held responsible for all atrocities, which are increasing in number and are reaching a degree of ever greater cruelty, and that all the authors of them v/ill be inexorably punisned.— 8.0.
