!T&e Wellington Ladies' Highland Pipe Band, which was formed last April, and which made its first public appearance at the St. Andreiv's Day concert in the Town Hall. Its first outdoor appearance will be next Sunday, when it will take part in the big hand display at the Basin Reserve. The beautiful Highland costumes worn by the girls are of their oivn making.
