Rec. 1.30 p.m; NEW VYORK, Feb. 25 Super-Fortress crews returning from the^Tokio raid reported thatthey had to bomb by instruments through heavy clouds, says the.Associated Press correspondent on. Guam. The, crews generally said they did not meet Japanese fighters and the flak was light above the,cloud layer.
