ROYAL DONATIONS ON RED ARMY DAY
Rec. 11 a.m. LONDON, Feb. 23. The King and the Queen both gave donations on Red Army Day, when two button sellers, by official permission, called at Buckingham Palace. Members of the Royal household also bought emblems.
