BULGARIAN FORCES
ENTRY INTO CREECE
LONDON, December 18
Reports that some hundreds of Bulgarians Have crossed the frontier into northern Greece have been confirmed by British sources, states Renter's Athens correspondent. The Bulgarians, it is believed, are armed, but it is not known whether they are deserters from the Bulgarian army or are guerrillas.
A British United Press correspondent quotes the Bulgarian Government's official news service for the statement: "Near Salonika there are anti-aircraft units which have been brought from Bulgaria, together with considerable quantities of ammunition. Long lines of lorries are moving between Salonika and the frontier."
The British United Press correspondent in Athens comments that if anything could produce complete unity among the warring factions in Greece it would be a Bulgarian move on Greece.
