CHICAGO AIR CONFERENCE
NEW YORK, December 4. Summing up the results of the Chicago air conference, the leading U.S.* delegate, Mr. Berle, said: "We advanced two decades in a single month." The British delegation to the conference announced its intention of signing the two freedoms document granting the right to peaceful transit and non-commercial stops. The conference is expected to end tomorrow after the signing of the documents.
