HAUL OF QUISLINGS

FRENCHMEN'S ALLEGED CRIMES

LONDON, December 1. Twelve men, representing the biggest haul of French quislings who have yet fallen into the hands of the law, stood in the dock in Paris today, charged with a variety of- crimes, including trapping and arresting Genevieve de Gaulle, niece of General de Gaulle, and handing her over to the Germans for deportation. The accused men include Henri Chamberlain, alleged leader of the French Gestapo, and also Police Inspector Pierre Bony, a famous French detective, who played an outstanding part in the inquiry into the Stavisky scandals in 1934.

Murders alleged to have been committed by the gang include that of Madame Deryeux, who was boiled to death in a washing machine and then minced up.
