TORPEDOED
Rec. 9 a.m. • LONDON, Dec. 2 Reuters Stockholm correspondent says that the Norwegian steamer Halfdanu, sailing from Trondheim to Hamburg, was torpedoed yesterday off Gothenburg. Twelve Norwegians and four German members of the crew were saved.
