LONDON, December 3. General de Gaulle's arrival in Moscow was officially announced last night by Moscow radio. Among those accompanying him are his Foreign Minister, M. Bidault, and also General Juin and the Soviet Ambassador to France, Mr. Bogomolov. General'de Gaulle was met at the station by Mr. Molotov and other Soviet officials, and he was in conference with Marshal Stalin a few hours later.
