A NAVAL CHANGE
Rec. 9 a.m. LONDON, December 2. It is announced that Admiral Sir William James, Chief of Naval Information, has entered on new soecial duty at the invitation of the Admiralty. He will be succeeded as Chief of Naval Information by Captain R. K. Dickson, who has been granted the acting rank of- rear-admiral.
