AUCKLAND, December 1 A woman was killed instantly when she was struck by the locomotive of the 5.14 p.m. Henderson-Auckland passenger train on a pedestrian crossing which passes over the main north railway line at Mount Albert tonight She was Mrs. Hilda Evans Fenton, aged 57 wife of Mr. W. W. Fenton, tram conductor, Mount Albert. She was thrown clear of the line but received severe head injuries.
