REIGN OF TERROR
EVENTS IN BOLIVIA
Tv, vii NE? r J dRK- November 3d. The ViUaroel Government has imposed a reign of terror in Bolivia, culminating last week in the execution without trial of 11 men, including-two former? Foreign Ministers, says- the "New York World Telegram." Nearly 100 other prominent leaders; including senators, former Cabinet Ministers professors, business men, and ' labour officials, representing all democratic and liberal parties, have been imprisoned. They may suffer the same fate.
Observers in Washington think that this situation will cause the United States to reconsider its relations with Bolivia.
