Two Welsh seamen, Edward Frederick Davis and Francis John Wright appeared before Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M. in the Magistrate's Court yesterday and pleaded guilty respectively to attempting to enter Glasgow Wharf without a permit, and aiding and abetting in the offence. They were each fined £2 and costs.
