ELEVEN JAP VESSELS
THREE.WARSHIPS INCLUDED Rec. 11 a.m. RUGBY, October 5. The United States Navy Department announced that United States submarines have sunk 11 more Japanese ships, including one escort vessel, one destroyer, one destroyer converted mto a seaplane tende?, one cable ship five cargo vessels, one medium cargo transport, and one large tanker. submarines have now sunk 772 Japanese ships during the war.—JtS.O.
