Replying to a question in the House of Commons, Mr. Churchill said that no decisions had yet been reached on the payment of reparations indemnities by Germany after the war Mr. Churchill outlined what had hap. pened after the last war in connection Witn reparations payments by Germany and the payment of loan moneys to Germany after the war by the United States and to some extent by trie British public, none of which of course was repaid.
